Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 11 hours of placing the order.
• Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

No Return Policy

Due to the nature of aquarium-care and water-treatment products, we follow a strict No Return Policy to maintain product hygiene, safety, and quality. Products once delivered cannot be returned.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged or leaking
• Manufacturing defect
• Wrong product delivered

Claims must be raised within 11 days of delivery with images or videos.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Your bank or Razorpay may take 5–7 working days to process the credit.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Used or opened products
• Customer entered wrong address or contact number
• Delivery attempts failed
• Minor packaging dents not affecting product usability
